1. Dear valued customers, to secure your preferred date, we kindly request a RM100 deposit payment.
2. Please note that cancellations are not permitted after payment is made. Only date changes will be allowed. No refund for last-minute cancellations.
3. Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice and is subject to available slots.
4. With full respect to all beliefs, we do not accept bookings held at non-Muslim places of worship.
5. Full payment is required for last-minute orders.
6. The balance payment must be SETTLED at least one weeks before the event.
7. Please allocate a space of 6ft x 5ft for our stall setup. Our stall must not be exposed to rain and requires a flat, even surface for safe operation.
8. A standard electrical plug point (13A) is required and must be provided by the organiser at the event location.
