To ensure a smooth experience, please review the
following Terms & Conditions.

01 BOOKING & PAYMENT
• A non-refundable deposit of RM50 is required to
secure your booking date.
• Full payment must be made at least 3 days before
the event date.
• Booking confirmation will only be made upon
receipt of the deposit.

02 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• The RM50 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed once only and is subject
to availability.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond
my control, services may be rescheduled where
possible.

03 COVERAGE TIME
• Coverage duration is based on the selected
package.
• Overtime coverage is charged at RM50 per hour.

04 DELIVERY
• Edited videos will be delivered within 1–3
working days after the event.
• Edited videos will be delivered via WhatsApp.
• Raw footages and photos will be delivered via
Google Drive.

05 TRAVEL
• Travel fees are not included in the package.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the
event location.

06 CREATIVE STYLE
• Content will be edited according to my creative
style while preserving the authenticity of your
special day.
• One round of revision is included.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

07 FILE STORAGE
• Google Drive files will be available for 30 days.
• Clients are responsible for downloading and
backing up all files.
• Files may be removed after 30 days.

08 CONTENT USAGE
• Selected content may be shared on social media,
portfolio, website, or promotional materials.
• Clients who prefer privacy may inform me before
the event date.
